Associate – Generalist Private Equity | LondonOur client, a well-established global investment firm, is hiring an Associate for its growing London Private Equity team.The role sits in a lean, hands-on environment, offering full deal-cycle exposure across direct investments and asset management in multiple sectors.ResponsibilitiesBuild and own complex financial models (LBOs, operating models, returns analyses).Lead commercial and financial due diligence workstreams.Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to Partners and the Investment Committee.Work with portfolio company leadership on growth initiatives and add-on acquisitions.Conduct market and sector research to originate proprietary opportunities across Europe.Requirements4–6 years of total professional experience.2–4 years at a top-tier Investment Bank (M&A) or MBB consultancy, followed by experience in a Direct PE / Buyout fund.Strong transaction and financial modelling skills with full autonomy on deals.Commercial, generalist mindset with interest in long-term value creation and ESG/industrial transformation.Strong academic background from a leading global university.
