This is an exciting opportunity to work with ambitious, fast-growing businesses across Europe and play a key role in value creation.ResponsibilitiesSupport all aspects of the investment process: sourcing, execution, and portfolio managementConduct market research, financial modeling, and valuation analysisAssist in due diligence and preparation of investment committee materialsCollaborate with portfolio companies to drive growth initiativesBuild strong relationships with founders, management teams, and advisorsRequirements2–3 years of investment banking experience (M&A or coverage teams preferred)Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skillsProven deal execution experienceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluency in a Nordic language is mandatory
