The Associate will be a vital team member responsible for deal execution, including financial and operational analysis of prospective and current investments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on operational and transaction experience with a firm that has defined the growth equity investments space in Ukraine and the region.Responsibilities:Building and maintaining relationships with prospective investee companies and entrepreneurs and proactively sourcing new investment opportunities.Working on all aspects of investment process, from deal origination, due diligence analysis and execution to portfolio value creation and exits.Conducting due diligence on targets and market research on compelling investment sectors.Preparing pitch decks and other marketing materials to support business development.Being actively involved in monitoring portfolio companies, including financial and operating performance, and strategic value-add projects.Developing and delivering periodic reports covering the fund’s portfolio.Desired Skills and Experience:Complete higher education.2+ years of relevant experience in PE/VC, investment banking, strategy consulting, Big4, technology startups etc.Good knowledge and passion about Ukrainian and regional tech ecosystem and, preferably, an existing network of founders and other market players.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English.Advanced financial modeling and presentation skills.Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.Uncompromisingly high professional standards and values.Entrepreneurial attitude and growth mindset; willingness to contribute and make an impact.Why Join Make an impact.
