Investment Associate – Infrastructure & Energy | ParisOur client, a prominent private equity firm specializing in Infrastructure and the Energy Transition in France, is looking to hire an Associate to join its Paris-based investment team.Profile Requirements 3–5 years of relevant professional experience gained in:Investment Banking M&A (Bulge Bracket or top-tier Boutique); orDirect Private Equity / Infrastructure investing on the buy-side.Demonstrated deal experience in Infrastructure, Renewables, or Energy Transition is essential.Strong financial modelling capabilities are required, including building LBOs, operating models, and valuation analyses from the ground up. Candidates must be able to manage models autonomously.Full professional fluency in French is mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end execution of infrastructure investments, from initial screening through LBO modelling, investment committee materials, and transaction closing.Actively participate in due diligence processes and manage external advisors.Contribute to the structuring of complex transactions.Support the monitoring of portfolio companies and assist with value creation initiatives.
