Investment Associate – Real Estate Private EquityOur client, a reputable Pan-European real estate investment manager with an opportunistic strategy is seeking an Associate to join its London team. The firm has a strong track record of repositioning complex assets into core institutional-quality investments and offers exposure to high-profile transactions across Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and own complex financial models (DCF, LBO, JV) to assess acquisitions and developments.Support end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence and coordination of legal, technical, and tax advisors.Prepare Investment Committee materials outlining thesis, risks, and returns.Assist with asset management, business plan tracking, and exit modeling.Conduct UK and European market research to support new investment strategies.Requirements2–4 years’ experience in Investment Banking (M&A, LevFin, or Real Estate) or top-tier Private Equity.Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.Strong academic background from a leading university (Finance/Economics preferred).Excellent communication skills and strong commercial judgment.
