UBS has a market leading M&A and Capital Markets Franchise in the Benelux Region with consistent involvement in high-impact deals for our clients. We are on the ground since 1992 and have a lean set-up with support from sector and product teams globally. In addition, we have a close cooperation with our world leading Wealth Management division.Your expertise 6 to 8 years of prior Investment Banking experience from a Bulge Bracket Investment Bank or Elite M&A Boutique Great communicator, whether presenting to clients and senior executives, concise and clear written and spoken communication skills Proven success in quarterbacking origination and execution projects Strong technical, modelling, and analytical skills gained through origination and execution projects of projects across M&A / ECM / LCM Familiarity with cross-border and public-to-private transactions Team player who takes responsibility and accountability for their work Acts as a mentor and leader for the junior team and the key link between the senior origination team and our more junior colleagues Eager to learn, ready to challenge themselves, and motivated to join a highly successful team with significant lateral room to grow Fluency in Dutch and EnglishAbout UsUBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
