SB1 Markets is a leading pan-Nordic investment bank, providing services including high yield debt capital markets (DCM), equity capital markets (ECM), advisory, equity and credit research, equity and high yield sales in addition to corporate access services. The entity also provides services within Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) and Investment Grade bonds.Our 270 professionals work from our offices in Oslo, Stavanger, Trondheim, Tromsø, Ålesund, Bergen, Stockholm and New York, covering all client segments, ranging from private investors and SMEs to institutional investors and large-cap stocks.SB1 Markets Stockholm are currently seeking Interns to the Corporate Finance and High Yield teams.Investment BankingAs an intern in our Investment Banking division, you will join a broad and highly skilled professional environment working on financial advisory for leading Nordic companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, equity capital market as well as debt capital markets transactions. You will quickly be given responsibility for, among other things, the following tasks:Financial modelling and company valuationCollecting and analysing relevant information on companies and sectorsCommunicating and presenting your conclusions and findings to sector teams and clientsPreparing presentations, documentation, and decision-making materials We are looking for candidates with strong personal motivation, solid analytical skills, an interest in investment banking and the financial markets, commercial acumen, and high ethical standards. Candidates are expected to have strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English. A high academic level is a prerequisite. The position also requires a strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.The position is based at the company’s office in Stockholm. We encourage candidates with at least three completed semesters of studies in business and economics or other relevant education.We are currently recruiting for the following periods during 2026; 10 weeks during either Jan-Mar or Mar-May.
