The Opportunity Join a globally recognised advisory brand with international reachExposure to marquee transactions across Utilities & InfrastructureWork closely with senior bankers on execution and client engagementStrong deal flow across regulated assets, renewables, energy transition, transport and digital infrastructureClear career progression within a structured global platform Key Responsibilities Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, trading comps, transaction comps, LBO and infrastructure/project finance models)Perform valuation analysis and scenario modellingSupport due diligence and execution workstreams across live transactionsAssist in preparation of Information Memoranda, board materials and pitch booksConduct sector research and develop insights across regulated and contracted infrastructure assets Ideal Candidate 12-18 months’ experience in Investment Banking, Infrastructure Advisory, Big 4 M&A/Transaction Services, Valuations or Project FinanceExposure to Utilities, Infrastructure, Energy or Renewables highly regardedStrong financial modelling capability and technical groundingOutstanding academic record (top-tier university preferred)Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and commercial judgementDriven, team-oriented and committed to building a career in advisory This role will suit a technically strong Analyst looking to deepen their sector expertise within a global platform while gaining exposure to complex infrastructure transactions in a high-calibre team.
