Role Overview The Investment Banking Analyst is a key member of the deal team, providing analytical and execution support in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other strategic financial transactions. This role requires a strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis to help clients achieve their corporate and investment objectives. Working closely with associates and senior bankers, the Investment Banking Analyst plays a vital role in preparing presentation materials, conducting due diligence, and ensuring smooth transaction execution.
