ResponsibilitiesPlay an important role in end-to-end execution of transactions, such as IPO, M&A, other capital raising mandates. Support senior bankers in sourcing new business opportunities by preparing pitch materials. Develop, maintain and analyze sophisticated financial models for potential transactions and client pitches. Conduct due diligence, market research, financial analysis and regulatory checks. Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior team members. Qualifications1–2 years of working experience at leading investment banks is highly preferred. Experience with Web3 will be a plus. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from a reputable university.
A Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus. Solid understanding of capital markets, investment banking, and corporate finance principles. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
