Our client, a respected Media-focused M&A boutique, is seeking a high-potential Corporate Finance Associate to join their growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Big 4-trained ACA to transition into a pure M&A environment and gain front-to-back deal exposure across the media, entertainment, content, and digital sectors.The FirmOur client is an independent advisory house with deep sector expertise in media and entertainment. Known for delivering high-quality transactional advice and cultivating a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture, the firm offers Associates immediate responsibility, direct Partner exposure, and a clear development path.The RoleWorking as a Corporate Finance Associate, you will:Support and lead key workstreams on live M&A transactionsApply your technical accounting and financial analysis skills to valuation and modelling tasksPrepare IMs, management presentations, and financial analyses for client presentationsConduct market and strategic research across traditional and digital media sectorsCoordinate due diligence processes and liaise with legal, financial, and commercial advisersWork closely with senior bankers across the full deal lifecycleCandidate RequirementsTo be considered, you must meet the following criteria:ACA-qualified (ICAEW)Trained within a Big 4 firm (EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC)Ideally 12 months of experience in Transaction ServicesStrong financial analysis skills with a solid grounding in accounting and valuation fundamentalsClear motivation to transition into M&A within the media sectorExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilitiesUK work eligibility (no visa sponsorship available)What’s on OfferOpportunity to work on high-profile media and entertainment dealsSignificant early responsibility with strong mentorshipCompetitive compensation and performance bonusSupportive, people-first culture with clear progression opportunities
