Investment Banking Associate/VP -Generalist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking result-driven mid-to-senior level Bankers to lead the execution of capital markets and advisory transactions. The role focuses on helping clients raise funds through equity and debt offerings, as well as providing strategic advice on mergers, acquisitions, and other complex financial transactions in close coordination with the ECM and Investment Banking teams.The Banker will serve as a trusted strategic advisor — formulating tailored investment and financing strategies, driving end-to-end deal execution, and delivering measurable outcomes for clients.
