We are looking for Investment Banking Interns to join our remote team and support active mandates across sectors and geographies.❗️This position is only open to candidates who currently reside in Switzerland (Swiss citizens or legal residents with a valid work/residence permit). ❌ We do not consider applicants located outside Switzerland.🧠 Key ResponsibilitiesConduct financial, company, and industry research for live and prospective dealsSupport the creation of pitch books, investor presentations, and client materialsBuild financial models (DCF, LBO, trading/transaction comps, etc.)Assist in deal execution, due diligence, and strategic analysisCollaborate directly with senior bankers in a dynamic, remote environment🎯 Ideal CandidateEnrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fieldStrong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency required)Solid understanding of financial statements and valuation techniquesFluent in English (German/French is a plus)Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently from home🌟 What We OfferReal exposure to live transactions and investment banking processesOne-on-one mentorship from experienced M&A professionalsRemote flexibility and autonomyPotential for return offers or extended opportunities for top performers
