Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and to contribute to our Investment Banking business.Seize this thrilling opportunity to contribute to our Investment Banking business as a Vice President, working alongside top-tier professionals in a dynamic team.As the Vice President within the Leveraged Finance team, you will play a crucial role in financing corporates and financial sponsors, engaging with client management teams and collaborating with senior bankers. Leveraged Finance encompasses J.P. Morgan's leveraged loan and high yield bond product groups within the firm's Investment Banking Line of Business. You will be instrumental in the debt capital markets for our clients, working on refinancings, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and dividend recapitalizations, among other transactions. Your role involves high-level interaction with senior bankers across product and industry groups, as well as with executive management at our clients.As a seasoned Investment Banking professional, you’ll have experience developing strong relationships with corporates and financial sponsor clients and working across different industries and transaction types.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop client relationships and originate new business opportunitiesPerform credit analysis and credit packagingPrepare offering and marketing materials for loans or high yield bondsPrepare and participate in pitches and other marketing activitiesReview and analyze financial modelsExecute end-to-end debt transactionsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsFluent in French Relevant investment banking experienceProficient analytical and technical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and tight deadlinesHighly motivated, adaptable, able to multi-task and manage project independentlyComfort in and commitment to teamwork environmentHigh level of attention to detail and time managementPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsHighly prefer candidates with experience in Leveraged Finance, M&A/industry This role encompasses the performance of regulated activity.
