As of 30 September 2025, assets under management from consolidated businesses stood at €2.7bn, while those managed by firms in which the Group holds a strategic stake amounted to €14.2bn.Job RequisitionBased in Frankfurt, you will work in a highly entrepreneurial and inspiring environment and become an integral part of our Investment Banking team, within Alantra’s Corporate Finance Team.The day-to-day tasks will include:Execution of active M&A mandates: Preparation of marketing materials, modeling and valuation analysis, data-room management, etc.Marketing initiatives: Market analyses of different industry verticals, preparation of market, strategic and industry peer analysis, screening of potential M&A targets/buyers, financial valuations, etc.Interns have direct exposure to all seniority levels internally, as well as direct client contact where possible. Alantra gives its Interns significant responsibilities and is committed to their learning experience during their tenure with the firm.If performance is outstanding, interns will have the chance to join our Corporate Finance team as analysts at the end of their internship.RequirementsApplicants must have a strong interest in investment banking and M&AStrong academic background/results and financial knowledge (accounting and company valuation) and understanding of financial statementsEntrepreneurial spirit with the ability to contribute your own ideas and work autonomouslyProficiency in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OutlookCapable of working under pressure and in a context of shifting prioritiesImpeccable communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)Attention to detailProficiency (both written and spoken) in German and English is a requirementApplication Details:Start date: Q2Duration: 3 monthsLocation: Frankfurt, Germany
