We have local expertise in 36 markets and a global reach covering more than 90 markets.As leading global custodians, we serve a range of clients such as fund managers (including alternative funds), insurance companies, sovereign-wealth funds, pension funds, brokers and investment banks, commercial banks, major companies and issuers.Investment Compliance Junior SpecialistMain Overall TasksAnalysis of the contractual and legal requirements and implementation into the compliance monitoring systemCarry out compliance operations on the funds in order to ensure that fund’s valuation comply with legal and contractual requirements, including NAV oversight, errors and breaches pre-analysis and investigations, market conformity and lending checksPerform investment compliance controls using a dedicated IT tools and/or checklists Analyse and document reported investment compliance exceptions Identify and qualify investment compliance breach including the origin of the incident Setup and maintenance of funds master dataInteractions with all departments linked to the Depobank in different countriesParticipate to internal reporting activities to measure the quality of Depotbank operations Support improvements of provided services by increasing their accuracy or convenience (e.g. manual steps limitations)Permanent ResponsibilitiesAdminister the effectiveness of daily operations in your areaGuarantee the escalation of problems to direct manager Cooperate on the delivery operational service levels agreed with clients, internally and externally Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelinesRequired SkillsUniversity degree (Finance, Economics, Law), equivalent professional experience would be considered as an advantage Basic knowledge of the investment funds industry and securities market German work command min B2; English work command min B2Very good knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of financial applications (Bloomberg, etc.) would be considered as an advantage Solid analytical and problem solving skills Highly accurate, dedicated to quality and stress resilientWhat We OfferHybrid work mode, 60% working from home within a monthEquivalent for remote work expenses (120 PLN per month)Stable employment in the international companyFully paid private medical care for employeePre-paid lunch cardEmployee Pension PlanCo-financed Multisport CardMyBenefit Cafeteria PlatformLife insuranceCar parking availability in the office buildingTrainings and development opportunitiesACCA/CFA Certification co-financing
