We are a global investment consulting practice providing advice to institutional investors (primarily defined benefits and defined contribution plans) in the areas of asset allocation, investment policy, investment manager evaluation and research, investment performance evaluation and miscellaneous investment research.The RoleAs an Investment Analyst, you will work with consultants to provide advice to clients on a range of investment-related services which can include: strategic setting of investment objectives, strategic asset allocation, investment management structures, manager selection, performance measurement and evaluation, investment manager monitoring, custodian selection, transition advice, statements of investment policy and global research services.We welcome the opportunity to discuss your working preferences as we offer work location flexibility.Performance ObjectivesExcellenceProduce quarterly reports for delivery to clients by pre-determined deadlinesSupport team members in the construction and delivery of presentations to clientsPeopleBuild relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teamsDemonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levelsClientsWork together as part of dedicated client teams providing a variety of services to clients Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectationsNote that visa employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.QualificationsThe RequirementsUndergraduate degree with 0-3 years of experienceProgress towards CFA desirableInterest in financial marketsOral and written communication skillsComfortable in a team environmentAttention to detailWorking knowledge of ExcelAbility to work independently and manage time and projects individuallyAbility to deliver high quality work while meeting deadlines Compensation And BenefitsBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.
