About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Debt Financing professional to lead the structuring and execution of project financing for our large-scale data centre infrastructure developments. This role is critical as we approach financial close on a flagship project in Europe.You will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing debt facilities, with a focus on European financial institutions, banks, and capital markets. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams, legal counsel, and external financing partners to ensure successful deal execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead the debt financing process from strategy to financial close for data centre and real estate infrastructure projects.Structure and negotiate financing terms with commercial banks, DFIs, export credit agencies, and institutional lenders.Build and manage relationships with financing partners, particularly in the European market.Collaborate with finance, legal, tax, and technical teams to support due diligence and documentation.Manage compliance with debt covenants, drawdowns, and reporting requirements post-close.Provide market intelligence and financing strategies to support long-term capital planning.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; Master’s or CFA preferred.8 - 10 years of experience in infrastructure or real estate project financing, preferably with exposure to data centres, industrial parks, or large mixed-use developments.Demonstrated success in raising and structuring debt (senior loans, mezzanine, or bridge facilities) for projects in Europe.Strong network among European commercial lenders, investment banks, and infrastructure funds.Deep understanding of financing documentation, term sheets, and lender due diligence processes.Excellent negotiation, financial modeling, and communication skills.Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) a plus.Preferred Background:Experience working for a developer, investment firm, or financial advisor focused on infrastructure or real assets.Familiarity with green finance or sustainability-linked loans.Exposure to cross-border projects with Chinese or Southeast Asian stakeholders.
