Investment Manager — Family Office

We’re running a confidential search for a Europe-based family office that builds and scales platforms around long-term consumer and healthcare-adjacent trends. The team combines active ownership with disciplined buy-and-build execution. In addition to direct investments, they manage allocations across real estate, funds, private companies and listed equities.What you’ll doSource, evaluate, and execute direct investments (deal screening to closing)Build robust models and valuations (DCF, LBO, comps); prepare IC materialsWork with portfolio leadership on growth levers, synergies, and value-creation plansMonitor performance and track fund/portfolio metrics (IRR, MoM, TVPI, DPI)Support the CFO on investment administration and family-office operationsEngage with advisors, lenders, and counterparties; occasional travelWhat you’ll bring4–5+ years in Investment Banking or Transaction Services (Big 4 TAS/M&A or similar) Pluses: Private Equity, legal (M&A), or finance/CFO-track exposureStrong command of accounting, modelling, and valuation techniquesFluent Dutch & English with crisp written and verbal communicationCurious, entrepreneurial mindset; rigorous attention to detail; low-ego team playerAdvanced degree in finance/econ/business (MBA/CFA a plus)PracticalitiesOn-site in the Ghent area (Belgium)Independent/self-employed arrangement; market-aligned compensation based on experienceSelective co-investment opportunity plus deal-linked bonus potentialCompany details shared only with shortlisted candidates under NDA.— #investmentjobs #privateequity #familyoffice #M&A #financejobs #Belgium
