Key Responsibilities:Deal Advisory: Provide expert advice on deals, including feasibility studies, risk assessments, and financial analysis, to support strategic decision-making.Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and project financial models to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, financial performance, and risk assessments, to senior management and stakeholders.Qualifications:3-7 years working in deal advisory or management consulting at a Big 4/ big 3 firm, a top-tier / 2nd tier bank, or a financial institution in the field of real estate or industrial manufacturingBachelor’s degree in finance, Banking, or a related field.Strong knowledge of financial statements and financial modeling.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with senior stakeholders.Ability to create financial statements.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
