Role Overview:We are seeking an Investment Operations Associate who has experience with fund accounting / reporting / operations. The ideal candidate has worked at a private markets investment firm or fund administration business and dealt with / understands fund reporting, LP requests, capital calls, fund and SPV reporting/audits, distributions from investment exits and other similar items.Key Responsibilities:Core Fund OperationsExecute fund accounting processes and maintain accurate financial recordsProduce quarterly and annual fund reports for limited partnersProcess capital calls and coordinate investor fundingCalculate and distribute proceeds from investment exitsInvestor Relations & ReportingHandle LP data requests and due diligence inquiriesCreate investor communications and performance updatesManage investor database and relationship systemsSupport annual meetings and investor presentationsCompliance & Audit ManagementCoordinate fund and SPV audits with external auditorsEnsure compliance with fund terms and regulatory requirementsPrepare audit documentation and supporting schedulesManage regulatory filings and reporting deadlinesPortfolio OperationsMonitor portfolio company performance and reportingMaintain investment records and valuation trackingSupport deal execution and closing documentationTrack investment metrics and portfolio performanceOperational ExcellenceManage SPV setup and ongoing administrationCoordinate with fund administrators, legal teams, and service providersMaintain organized documentation and filing systemsExecute month-end and quarter-end closing processesIdeal Candidate Profile:1-4 years in private markets operations (VC / PE), fund accounting, fund administrationStrong proficiency in Excel and data analysisUnderstanding of private markets fund structures, waterfalls and economicsKnowledge of capital call / distribution mechanics and investor reporting requirementsDetail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in financial calculations and reportingFamiliarity with audit processes and working with external service providersBenefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesEnergetic and positive culture with a strong emphasis on team based success
