Investment Operations Associate

Investment Operations Associate - $65,000 to $95,000 plus bonus (HYBRID)Our firm is working on multiple operational ("back office") searches across Lancaster County within the investment / financial services industry. These opportunities are for both small firms (less than 100 employees) and mid-sized firms (100-200 employee). These roles are heavily involved with our clients investment accounting and trust accounting systems and will reconcile investment and trust accounts on a regular basis. Primary responsibilities include portfolio accounting, data validation, client reporting, securities classification and account opening. We also have a couple of roles that are slightly different (a bit more specialized) and would encourage all qualified investment operations professionals to apply. ALL of these companies (our clients) observe permanent HYBRID schedules (2-3 days / week remote). Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of two years of experience in Investment Operations or Trust Operations.Candidates must live within a one hour commute of Lancaster County.adam.fisher@tatum-us.com
