What you can expect from us.Become part of PwC’s Flexible Legal Resources and join our mission to change the way of delivering quality legal work to our large network of clientsYou will be seconded on a 6-9 month project with an asset management company in SchwyzStart of the assignment is as soon as possible, 80-100%You will work together with the Investment and Legal teams to ensure that transactions into externally and internally managed funds are executed in a timely mannerYou will prepare and complete transaction documents (subscription documents, transfer agreements, and other legal transactional documents) in a time-pressured environmentYou will compile and provide KYC documents in relation to ongoing transactions and ad-hoc KYC requestsYou will support the team in various ongoing projects, particularly in terms of process enhancements and system development.What we expect from you.You have obtained a bachelor's degreeYou are based in Switzerland and are a Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen, or hold a valid Swiss work visaYou have experience in a similar role in the financial industry, preferably within asset managementYou are perfectly fluent in English, German is a plusYou enjoy a fast-paced and international working environmentYou have the ability to adapt to a complex structure with varying priorities quickly, are versed at multitasking and can prioritize efficiently while working on numerous projects simultaneously
