The team combines institutional rigour with entrepreneurial agility, working alongside founders and management teams to accelerate growth, sharpen strategic direction, and enhance long-term value creation.The OpportunityThe incoming Investment Professional (proficiency in French is a must) will join the direct investment team with responsibility across origination, execution, and portfolio value creation. With a focus on ICT, medtech, and broader technology-enabled sectors, this role offers the chance to take on significant responsibility within a lean, high-performing group. The position provides exposure to investment committee processes, portfolio company engagement, and close collaboration with senior team members on transactions and post-investment initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Origination & Market Mapping – Support the development of a proprietary sourcing engine through in-depth market research, sector mapping, and direct outreach; build trusted relationships with entrepreneurs, advisors, and industry executives.End-to-End Transaction Execution – Lead financial modelling, valuation analyses, and due diligence workstreams; draft IC materials, coordinate external advisors, and support negotiations on SPA/financing documentation.Strategic Analysis – Assess competitive positioning, market entry strategies, unit economics, and technology differentiation to form investment theses and drive conviction.Portfolio Value Creation – Partner with management to define KPIs, track operational performance, and implement value levers such as digitalisation, international expansion, and bolt-on acquisitions.Governance & Oversight – Prepare board packs, monitor performance dashboards, and support partners in board discussions, ensuring accountability against agreed growth strategies.Relationship Management – Expand and institutionalise a network of founders, co-investors, and intermediaries to strengthen sourcing and create future deal opportunities.Candidate Profile4–7 years of experience in private equity, growth equity, or later-stage venture capital with a demonstrable track record of direct investment execution.Proven ability to manage transaction workstreams from due diligence through to closing; hands-on experience with financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring.Sector exposure in ICT, medtech, or broader technology-enabled industries, with a strong interest in innovation-driven businesses.Experience working directly with portfolio companies on strategic and operational initiatives, including bolt-on M&A, expansion strategies, or digital transformation projects.Excellent analytical, financial, and commercial judgement, with the ability to distil complex information into actionable recommendations.Proficiency in French is a must; fluency in English required.
