Investment Studies and Solutions Supervisor

Job Objective:To directly supervise the implementation of studies and initiatives related to identifying investment opportunities and developing integrated solutions, and to follow up on the preparation of investment reports and recommendations in coordination with relevant departments. This contributes to attracting quality investments and strengthening strategic partnerships in accordance with the Authority's objectives.Technical Tasks• Supervise the study of investment efforts in coordination with relevant entities to identify priority areas that achieve the Authority's investment objectives.• Follow up on the preparation of investment studies and recommendations that aim to enhance growth in partnership with the private sector and increase the attractiveness of the investment environment in line with approved policies.• Review and analyze market developments and regional and international practices related to investment, and assess their applicability within the Authority.• Supervise the provision of technical recommendations that contribute to developing strategies for attracting investments and supporting the building of highly efficient and sustainable partnerships.• Support the achievement of quality objectives by coordinating with potential investors and facilitating negotiations to achieve the Authority's investment objectives. • Monitoring the issuance of periodic reports on investment solutions and ensuring their alignment with the Authority's priorities and general directions.• Representing the Authority at local and international investment forums and events, in coordination with relevant departments, to promote and attract value-added investments and monitor their impact on the ground.• Ongoing coordination with relevant departments to ensure integrated efforts and achieve the highest levels of efficiency.• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the technical team responsible for conducting studies and preparing investment solution models.• Participating in improving achieved results.• Participating in reviewing and developing policies and procedural manuals related to investment solutions, in coordination with relevant entities.
