These include several of the biggest crypto companies and token projects, world-renowned PE and VC investors, and founders of large public tech and finance companies. Although your work will cross over with US-based deals, and you'll be part of a highly collaborative global team of partners, your emphasis will be on the Asian crypto market.You should be insanely passionate about crypto, comfortable with flexible and entrepreneurial work environments, and looking to rapidly accelerate your career in crypto and investing.Functional ResponsibilitiesProactively source and field new investment opportunitiesConduct relevant business and financial analysis, valuation, modeling, deal structuring and due diligence supportConduct and discuss relevant industry and market research and analysisProvide high-touch support to portfolio companies post-investmentRequirementsExperience in crypto (in an investing or operator role)Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for slicing and dicing data, and an ability to think critically about how things work on the groundSome expertise in one or more of the following areas relevant to crypto: Math, Cryptography, Quantitative Finance, Econ, CS, Engineering, Philosophy, Social SciencesProficiency in spoken and written ChineseExceptional communication, interpersonal, pattern recognition, and project management skills, with equally exceptional work ethicSelf-accountability and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environmentAbility to work full-time from our Singapore officeAbility to interact across cultures and businessesFamiliarity with the Asian crypto marketPassion for cryptocurrency and blockchainStrong ethical codePreferredBackground in computer science/programmingHigh (but open-minded and flexible) conviction around your own ideasFamiliarity with relevant crypto tools and forums (e.g., know your way around Crypto Twitter, Dune Analytics, navigating contracts on Etherscan)Intrinsically motivated to learn about crypto dataStrong network within cryptoNative or near-native fluency in ChineseBenefitsHighly competitive salary and carry (commensurate to experience; not bound by listed range)Medical, dental, and vision insuranceAnnual phone plan reimbursementLaptop and equipment provided21 days of annual leaveAnnual in-person offsite in unique locations around the globeAbility to personally invest in our venture and/or liquid funds without feesNote: The general salary range for this role is $230k-295k SGD, although we will pay commensurate to experience.
