Global Alternative Asset Manager Seeks a Investor Relations Analyst/Client Service Analyst*Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, Communications & Client Services*Providing Critical Operational Support to Investor Relations/Client Services Team*Request for Proposals (RFPs)*Requests for Information (RFIs)*Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs)*Help Position the Firm’s Investment Strategies and Capabilities to Prospective Clients*Assist in Producing Compelling Marketing Materials that Reflect the Firm’s Investment Strategies & Products*Working Closely with Sales, Portfolio Managers and Compliance Teams*Assist in all Communications/Messaging/Branding*Database Management*Research*Handling Client Inquiries Regarding the Firm’s Funds and ProductsQualifications:*1-3+ Years of Experience in Client Services or Investor Relations at an Alternative Asset Manager, Consulting or Financial Services Firm*Must have Advanced Experience with RFP's, RFI's & DDQ's*Excellent Writing & Communications Skills*Strong Understanding of Investment Management Concepts, Products, and Institutional Client Expectations;*Proficiency in Proposal Management Tools/Systems (e.g., Responsive/RFPIO, Loopio, Qvidian)Base Salary 100k-115k + a 30% Bonus- 140k-150k all in.
