The firm's investment strategy spans industrial, residential, office, retail, logistics, and data centres.The firm is seeking a driven and detail-oriented junior investor relations candidate in Stockholm.Role ResponsibilitiesSupport the Investor Relations team in preparing presentations, analyses, and responses to investor queries.Coordinate and quality-assure materials throughout capital raising processes, including pitch decks, DDQs, and investor documentation.Collaborate with investment and fund management teams to gather market and portfolio data.Maintain and enhance IR tools such as CRM systems, data rooms, and presentation libraries.Contribute to investor messaging and storytelling around fund strategies and investment cases.Assist in the full fund lifecycle, from strategy formation to final close.Ideal Candidate1-3 years of experience in Investor Relations Real Estate Asset Management.Strong academic background in finance, economics, or engineering from a top-tier university (KTH or Stockholm School of Economics preferred).Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with strong proficiency in Excel.Solid understanding of capital markets, private equity, or asset management.Experience working with RFPs and investor presentations.Please feel free to apply with a copy of your CV for a confidential conversation.
