Job Description: Investor Relations AssistantOverviewAs an Investor Relations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s communication and relationship management with investors, stakeholders, and financial partners. You’ll work closely with senior management to ensure consistent, transparent, and impactful communication of the company’s financial performance, strategic vision, and growth trajectory.Your contributions will help foster investor confidence, attract new capital, and strengthen the company’s reputation in the investment community.Key Responsibilities1. Investor Communication & SupportMaintain organized records of investor interactions and correspondence.Support the drafting and editing of investor Q&A documents and follow-up summaries.3. Reporting & DocumentationAssist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports in collaboration with finance and communications teams.Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational data shared with investors.Maintain compliance with disclosure policies and investor relations best practices.4. Event CoordinationSupport logistics and planning for investor meetings, conferences, and networking events.Manage presentation materials and ensure smooth execution of investor-related events.5. Relationship ManagementServe as a point of contact for investor inquiries and coordinate timely responses.Build and maintain a structured investor database (CRM).Help strengthen ongoing relationships through personalized follow-ups and performance updates.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic (English proficiency a plus).Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Basic understanding of financial statements and capital markets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.Preferred:Experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications.Familiarity with CRM SoftwareAn analytical mindset with an ability to interpret and present data effectively.Personal AttributesProfessional, confident, and reliable under pressure.Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.Collaborative mindset—comfortable working with executives and cross-functional teams.High ethical standards and discretion when handling confidential information.Reporting StructureReports to: Head of Investor Relations Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Department: Investor Relations
