TecAlliance interconnects global automotive aftermarket data and knowledge from order to invoice. With over 900 colleagues working relentlessly in 140 countries, we are owned by 34 automotive companies like Bosch, Continental, Rheinmetall, and ZF. We act as an information hub and process facilitator for them, ensuring standardized processes that help clients save costs (process and indirect costs) and time through efficient processes enabled by our software.Florian Merz is building a new team — Organizational Steering & Development — and we're looking for someone like you to lead the coordination and quality of our investor communications and engagement. This role is supporting the C-Level and Leadership Team. You'll work closely with different parts of the organization to ensure our messaging is sharp, consistent, and impactful. You'll be the go-to person for investor-facing communication and coordination, helping shape how we're understood externally and how we operate internally.Communication & Reporting: You'll build trusted relationships and deliver materials like quarterly earnings decks and shareholder letters that clearly reflect our strategy.Compliance & Governance: You'll ensure all investor updates comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, local market rules).Market & Financial Analysis: You'll track shareholder movements and prepare reports that help leadership understand investor sentiment and market positioning.Events & Engagement: You'll organize investor days and represent the company at conferences, ensuring every touchpoint strengthens trust and transparency. You're a strategic communicator with a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of investor relations. You know how to build trust and deliver clarity — even under pressure.A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).Proven experience in investor relations or similar roles.Experience working with shareholders, investors, and senior executives.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.Fluency in English (B2+); German and Spanish or Dutch are highly beneficial.
