With operations spanning the UK, Greece, the Middle East, and India, Troy Groups works with businesses, funds, and family offices worldwide to facilitate investment and growth opportunities.Role OverviewThe Investor Relations Director (Russia) is a senior fundraising and capital introductions role responsible for raising institutional and private capital across Troy’s global dealflow. The Director will leverage their existing investor network and deep regional relationships to deploy capital into Troy’s pipeline of international private equity, venture, and alternative investment mandates.This is not a communications or support function — it is a front-line fundraising and capital sourcing role for a professional who has already raised over USD 100 million independently and maintains a live book of allocators, family offices, and UHNW investors seeking credible deal access. Key ResponsibilitiesLead all fundraising and capital raising activities across Russia and the CIS markets.Leverage an existing network of allocators, family offices, and institutions to deploy capital through Troy’s mandates.Personally drive investor commitments across private equity, venture capital, private credit, and real asset opportunities.Manage an active pipeline of investor introductions and weekly investor engagement KPIs.Coordinate investor dinners, private roundtables, and capital-raising roadshows in Russia, Dubai, and Europe.Maintain regular communication with investors, providing updates on mandates and performance.Ensure compliance with all relevant capital market and cross-border regulations.Deliver transparent weekly fundraising reports to the Group Managing Partner and Global Head of IR. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or International Business.10+ years of direct fundraising and capital introduction experience.Demonstrated track record of raising over USD 100 million across alternative investment mandates.Existing and active network of institutional investors, family offices, UHNWIs, and sovereign allocators.Deep understanding of Russian and CIS capital ecosystems, investor preferences, and cross-border allocation channels.Fluent in English and Russian.Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills. Preferred SkillsExperience structuring and closing high-value investment mandates.Strong knowledge of alternative asset classes and investor appetite cycles.Confident public speaker for investor events and panels.Willingness to travel internationally to support Troy’s investor series.
