About UsWe are a fast-growing, privately held healthcare company backed by a distinguished group of institutional investors. We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations (IR) Director to serve as the primary liaison between the Company and our investor community, primarily consisting of leading global venture capital firms, private equity funds, and strategic shareholders. Unlike traditional IR roles in public companies that focus on secondary market investors, this role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of private capital engagement, board governance, and financial storytelling in a high-growth healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for current and prospective investors (primarily private investors), managing regular communications, updates, and relationship-building efforts. Fundraising Support: Partner closely with the CFO and senior management team to prepare compelling investment materials, financial models, presentations etc. for fundraising rounds or strategic financing initiatives. Corporate Governance: Coordinate and support effective governance practices, including the planning and execution of Board and Shareholder meetings. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor developments, and investor sentiment within the global healthcare sector.Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Strategy, Executive teams etc. to ensure alignment on disclosures, strategic initiatives, and business development projects.Qualifications & Experience5+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following: - Investor Relations at a publicly listed healthcare company. - Buy-side roles (either primary or secondary market roles focused on healthcare sector); or - Sell-side equity research or investment banking with healthcare coverage.Familiarity with corporate governance best practices for high-growth private companies with institutional shareholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skill in both English and Mandarin. Bachelor’s degree or above.
