Eurazeo is a leading global investment group with €36.8bn in diversified assets under management, including €27bn on behalf of institutional and private clients through its private equity, private debt, real estate and infrastructure strategies.The Group supports around 600 companies, leveraging the commitment of its over 400 employees, its sector expertise, its privileged access to global markets via 13 offices in Europe, Asia and the United States, and its responsible approach to value creation based on growth.The company's institutional and family shareholding structure, and its solid financial structure, ensure its long-term viability.ResponsibilitiesAs an intern your role will be part of Eurazeo’s dynamic Investor Relations, meaning you will have to support the company’s efforts in executing the investor relations and fundraising for closed-end funds programs, as well as on co-investments and secondaries transactions.The Investor Relations team consists of 35 people based in Paris, Frankfort, London, New -York, Singapore, and Seoul, offering dedicated private markets investment solutions to meet the needs of institutional investors on a global scale.We provide investors with the diversification they need, unique in the market through our three asset classes and nine areas of expertise.The team is in charge of structuring and raising investment vehicles, in close cooperation with the Investment Teams and with the support of the Operations & Fund Management teams.Support Eurazeo’s Asia Investor Relations Team with in-depth Market & Industry Research, client-related communication/reporting, fundraising roadshows, Due Diligences and CRM.Generating client-sensitive correspondence, including meeting notes, dedicated presentations and due diligence questionnaires (both in English and Korean).Coordinating meetings and travels both internally and externally to ensure smooth planning and execution.Support internal report planning and presentations, such as strategic development and fundraising reports.Running reports from Eurazeo’s proprietary systems and entering data regarding client/prospect relationships into Eurazeo’s proprietary CRM.Providing back-up as needed to other Eurazeo’s administrative professionals.Key Success FactorsNative fluency in Korean and English (both written and verbal).
