Job Summary: The Sustainability and Investor Relations Officer will play a critical dual role in supporting the company’s sustainability strategy while effectively communicating its value proposition to investors and other stakeholders. This role involves aligning environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives with business goals and crafting investor communications that reflect the company’s performance, prospects, and long-term vision.Key Responsibilities: SustainabilityTo assist and/or lead in the development, implementation, and monitoring of sustainability initiatives and ESG-related programs in alignment with the company’s long-term sustainability strategy.Coordinate sustainability data gathering across business units for internal reporting and external disclosures.Lead the preparation of the company’s Sustainability Report in accordance with global reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) as determined by the company. Ensure compliance with ESG-related regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations.Monitor industry best practices and trends in sustainability to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Partner with Corporate Communications Division and Human Resources Department to build internal awareness and engagement around sustainability efforts.Investor RelationsAssist in preparing investor communications, including quarterly reports, disclosures, presentations, and investor decks for the company and its other affiliates or subsidiaries.Support the organization of investor meetings, briefings, earnings calls, and site visits.Track and analyze investor feedback, market sentiment, and peer performance to inform strategy and messaging.Maintain and update the company’s IR materials and web content.Collaborate with the Legal Department, Finance Department, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure consistency of messaging across all stakeholder/investor touchpoints.Help articulate how sustainability efforts contribute to long-term value creation and risk mitigation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Sustainability, Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or sustainability roles; ideally within the energy, infrastructure, or utilities sector.Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, investor expectations, and financial markets.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience crafting high-impact presentations and reports.Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to synthesize complex data into clear insights.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and engage with senior leadership.Key CompetenciesStrategic ThinkingStakeholder EngagementFinancial and ESG LiteracyProject ManagementCommunication and StorytellingData Analysis and Reporting
