Investor Relations Specialist

This position is for Investor Relations Intern / Apprentice under the Business Development / Investor Relations Department (PAID INTERNSHIP).📍Placement: Menara Batavia, Jakarta (with frequent external meetings and client visits)🎓Background & Education:Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in International Relations, Business, Communication, or related fields.Able to communicate well in English or Chinese (either one is acceptable).✏️Skills Required:Good communication and interpersonal skills is a must.Ability to prepare reports, meeting summaries, and presentations.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.Comfortable working independently and in a team.📚Main Responsibilities:Research and identify target companies and potential investors.Approach potential investors via email, phone call, or online message.Help organize online and offline meetings with investors or partners.Assist in preparing meeting materials, presentation slides, and follow-up reports.Support in organizing site visits, events, or investor meetings.Maintain proper records of investor communication and reports.
