What You'll Be Doing:
Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and bring designs to life through productionDevelop production processes with a focus on CNC machining and complex materialsCreate SOPs, quality checkpoints, and work instructionsCollaborate with suppliers, source components, and optimise in-house manufacturingWork closely with design, QA, and assembly to ensure smooth manufacturingAnalyse defect rates and production data to improve output and efficiencyWhat You Bring:
