Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets and ensure that sales activities are aligned with strategies. Attend to customers' enquiries and assist them in relation to any pre and post sales matters. Conduct and prepare market study of competitors. Prepare all sales related documents for the sales process. Assist during sales launch and also attend trade shows. Liaise with relevant government agencies for submission & approvalAssist to renew Advertisement Permit and Developer License & submit Napic report on quarterly basis. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalentThree or more years of sales experience within a similar industry (Property Development industry)Experience in marketing residential developments and/or major commercial developments will be an added advantageExcellent in communication and interpersonal skills, good command of English preferredSelf-motivated, creative and able to work in a teamGood selling skills & technicsBasic salary + fixed allowance + commissionWork location: IOI Sales Gallery at Putrajaya (IRC)/16 Sierra/Bangi/SepangWilling to work on weekends and public holidays
