This role is pivotal in automating application installation and configuration processes, ensuring seamless integration and delivery across environments. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams including technical delivery leads, integration engineers, and software developers to support agile project execution and maintain high standards of performance and reliability.What You Will DoDesign, implement, and maintain standardised CI/CD pipelines to support consistent build, test, release, and deployment processesAutomate build and deployment workflows across staging and production environmentsDocument installation and upgrade procedures to ensure clarity and repeatabilityDevelop and implement monitoring scripts to enhance system observabilityContinuously improve automation processes to support scalability and efficiencyCollaborate with stakeholders to verify project deliveries are on time, within budget, and aligned with agile principlesWho You AreExperienced in software engineering and DevOps practices, particularly for microservice-based applicationsSkilled in infrastructure analysis and design for enhanced monitoring and performance trackingProficient in metrics instrumentation and monitoring in distributed systems, with hands-on experience in Grafana, Prometheus, and LokiFamiliar with OpenTelemetry concepts including traces, logs, and metricsAdvanced knowledge of build and control systems such as Maven, GIT, JenkinsComfortable with scripting languages including Bash, Python, or GroovyExperienced in continuous integration and deployment using Jenkins and AnsibleStrong understanding of container technologies including Docker and KubernetesKnowledgeable in web application servers such as WebLogic, Tomcat, and ApacheCertified or experienced in Agile methodologies and CI/CD practicesNot a Perfect Fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
