Job Description

Main responsibilitiesConducting research on IP-related legal issues and regulations.Drafting and preparing legal arguments, comments, and analyses; andTranslating documents into English or Vietnamese and vice versa.Requirements:General RequirementThird- and last-year law students.Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex ideas.Highly motivated, quick learner with close attention to detail;Excellent analytical, organizational and planning skills;Ability to handle pressure and sensitive matters; andThorough competency with relevant firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new applications.TechnicalStrong understanding of Vietnam's legal framework; Knowledge of Vietnam's regulations and enforcement environment concerning the relevant practice areas; andKnowledge of or experience with new technologies and trends (e.g., artificial intelligence, blockchain, digital assets and virtual/augmented reality), and IP prosecution and/or enforcement is a plus.
