Axiom is looking for a talented, organized, self-motivated and result-oriented Junior Paralegal / Paralegal to join our Legal & Compliance team. The role will be based in Singapore and reports to the Assistant Director, Legal. Responsibilities:Assist in the management of intellectual property (IP) portfolio (patents, trademarks and design rights).Assist and support in corporate secretarial matters, including preparation of documents, coordination of signing / notarization / certification actions, etc.Assist in the organization of key Legal & Compliance documents, such as internal policies.Assist and manage Legal and Compliance’s vendors, especially external IP service providers, as well as handling the purchase requisition, ordering and payment processes.Assist in maintaining the budget and spending tracker of the Legal and Compliance team.Provide general support on administrative matters and assist in ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned from time to time, including facilitation of post-contract processes such as contract execution and archival. Qualifications & Experience:Diploma/Degree in legal or IP-related studies.2-5 years working experience as a paralegal, legal secretary or IP executive.Extensive experience in IP.In-house legal or law firm experience is preferred.Candidate must be meticulous, sharp, analytical, resourceful and willing to learn.Good verbal and written communication skills.Adept at MS Office, MS Power Platform and other related applications.
