IP Product Manager

We are looking for an IP/Access Product Manager for our leading global partner in the Telecommunications Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, market development, and technical support for GPON/CPE solutions in the Turkish market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business growth, enhance product competitiveness, and achieve strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans for major GPON/CPE projects within the representative office or customer group. Understand customer network requirements, identify network gaps, and define operational objectives and strategies for access network projects in Türkiye.Set market and order targets for GPON/CPE products in the representative office or customer group.Lead marketing initiatives for GPON/CPE products to strengthen brand awareness and product competitiveness in the market.Provide technical support and product promotion for GPON/CPE solutions.Manage the full operation cycle of GPON/CPE projects, including strategy execution, technical communication, configuration and quotation, and business negotiations.Requirements:Strong technical expertise in GPON/CPE; familiarity with products such as TP-Link, Nokia, and Zyxel is preferred.3–5 years of experience in Access Network, preferably in network maintenance or market development for Access Network products.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong commercial awareness and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).Please note that this is a Full-time, office-based role in Ümraniye.Please provide your CV in English.
