Supporting the launch and growth of a leading global fashion brand in Israel, you will analyze customer behavior, forecast demand, and optimize inventory — helping us make smarter, faster decisions. Analyze CRM and sales data to identify customer trends, behaviors, and growth opportunitiesBuild and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and other BI toolsDevelop demand forecasting models to predict sales and ensure optimal inventory levelsLead the end-to-end order planning process, including demand estimation and alignment with buying teamsUtilize AI tools and predictive analytics to improve accuracy and efficiency in planningMonitor inventory performance and recommend strategies to reduce overstock and out-of-stock situationsWork closely with marketing, e-commerce, and visual teams to align data with business strategyPresent clear insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholdersRequirements:
1–2 years of experience in data analysis, demand planning, business intelligence, or a similar analytical roleAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI – ability to clean, analyze, and visualize large datasetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to extract insights from complex data and translate them into clear, actionable plansExperience or strong interest in AI tools, predictive analytics, and automation technologiesExcellent communication skills in English – both written and verbalSelf-starter with curiosity, learning agility, and a passion for retail, data, and innovationComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities
