Anton’s long-term goal is to become a world-leading green energy technical services company, growing together with its clients and talent to promote high-quality development in the energy industry.About the RoleJob Title: Iraq Project Manager-Oil and Gas Development CompanyJob Location: IraqJob Responsibilities:Strategic & Business Development:Formulate long-term Iraq market strategies, analyze oil & gas trends and policies, drive new project development, conduct feasibility studies, lead bidding and key contract negotiations, and maintain senior-level relationships with INOC, MOO, IOCs, and local partners.Project Operations Management:Oversee project safety, schedule, quality, and cost; ensure full compliance with company standards and contracts; resolve major technical, commercial, and compliance challenges during execution.Team Leadership & Public Relations:Lead multicultural project teams, build talent pipelines, strengthen team culture, and manage relations with local communities/tribes while ensuring CSR and strict compliance with Iraqi laws and company policies.Job Requirements:Educational & Technical Background:Bachelor’s degree or above in petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or related fields; strong understanding of oil & gas project engineering and operations.Industry & Project Experience:Over 10 years of oil & gas experience, including at least 3 years as a project leader in Iraq/Middle East; proven track record managing full-cycle international projects from tender to delivery; strong P&L and commercial acumen.Leadership & Communication:Fluent in English and Arabic; excellent leadership, negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and conflict-resolution abilities; physically fit and able to work internationally with frequent travel.
