Operations Project Manager

Noteris, on behalf of IronFX, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Special Projects Manager. This key role is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring efficient service delivery, and driving alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Location: Limassol, CyprusKey Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate special business development projects including operational, technology and payments areasCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and streamline service delivery processes. Act as a liaison between operations and technology teams to support automation and process improvement initiatives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring operational targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.

Review, develop, and implement operational policies to drive efficiency and consistency across departments. Lead continuous improvement efforts through data analysis and stakeholder feedback. Provide training, mentorship, and performance oversight to team members to ensure high service standards. Collaborate closely with the in-house and external Technology TeamsPrepare and deliver regular operational reports, presenting insights and actionable recommendations to senior management. Requirements: University degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in Business Operations Management or a similar role is required.

Experience in the Forex or Fintech industry will be considered an advantage Experience working closely with IT teams or exposure to tech-driven operational processes is a plus. Skills: Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
