Noteris Services Limited, on behalf of IronFX, is seeking a motivated Senior Corporate Administrator to join the dynamic Legal & Compliance team at our Limassol office. Responsibilities: Provide administrative and corporate support to the Legal and Compliance Department. Manage and maintain a high volume of legal files, company records, and corporate governance documents. Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining board resolutions, minutes, and corporate filings. Support due diligence processes by conducting legal and corporate searches and generating reports where required. Liaise with regulatory authorities, corporate service providers and external legal advisors. Handle legal and corporate documentation with strict confidentiality.
Draft routine correspondence and assist with legal documentation and reporting requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field. 5-6 years of relevant experience in a similar corporate/legal administration role. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Professional ethics, discretion, and integrity. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
