501526 UVC/UAS Tech Lead PositionWork Location: Huntsville, ALSchedule: Full Time; 40 hours per week; 8 hours per day in office (remote work is not authorized)Relocation: NegotiableIronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking an **Uncrewed Vehicle Control/UAS Tech Lead Position** to support a government customer located on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities #1 responsibility:

maintain technical expertise, staying abreast of new technologies, preparing/presenting tech briefings, documenting plans, leading teams to accomplishprogram objectives Assisting government project lead in the onboarding of weapons systems non-Launched Effects UAS and Uncrewed Ground Vehicle platforms within UVC construct - Developing user walkthroughs to capture user needs Developing integration plans Negotiating w/ vendors Probably lead SRR (Short Range Reconnaissance) or LASSO UVC integration efforts Identifyprogram synergies across product offices and understand their existing and emerging technologies (payloads, platforms, autonomy, comms, etc.

) Maintain working relationships with user and requirements communities Review ROMs/PWSs from technical perspectiveQualifications Minimum of a bachelor's degree in an engineering, and a minimum of six (6) years of experience is required. Knowledge and experience onboarding of weapons systems (non-LE UAS and UGV platforms) within UVC construct. Ability to manage complex projects and work collaboratively across departments. Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data. Ability to identify, develop, and maintain stakeholder requirements. Requirements Must possess or able to obtain an active Secret security clearance. Per federal requirements, only U. S.

citizens are eligible for this level of clearance. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds. Experience with Microsoft Office tools. Strong oral and written communication skills.
