Investor Relations & Fundraising Associate – Boutique Private EquityLeading boutique private equity firm in Central London is looking for an investor relations Associate to join the Investor Relations & Fundraising team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Managing Partners and play a pivotal role in shaping the global fundraising strategy, LP communications, and brand presence. DutiesPartner with leadership to drive end-to-end fundraising efforts across Europe and beyond. Create compelling investor materials – from PPMs to co-investment decksBuild and nurture relationships with institutional investors, family offices and internal teams.

Lead the planning and execution of high-profile investor events in London and Europe. Elevate the brand through PR, ESG initiatives, and strategic communications. Manage investor data, reporting, and compliance with precision and care. Liaise closely with the deal and finance team in London and EuropeElevate existing processes and establish best practiseWhat we are looking for: Circa 2-4 years’ experience in investor relations, fundraising, or capital markets within PE, VC, or related sectors. A natural communicator with exceptional writing and presentation skills. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Strong academic background, Graduate essential, and a track record of professional excellence. A strategic thinker who is also hands-on and detail-oriented.
