Digital Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for the daily execution of the marketing team. This role involves supervising marketing activities, managing our digital channels, and creating compelling content to enhance our brand presence and connect with our patients. You will work closely with the center manager to ensure all campaigns are executed effectively and on time. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, with a strong focus on Facebook. Oversee content updates for the company website and other digital channels.
Develop and produce engaging content, including social media posts, visuals, short videos, and blog articles, to highlight our services and doctors. Track and report on key digital marketing metrics, such as reach, engagement, and patient inquiries, providing regular performance updates. Coordinate with internal teams (e. g. , administrative and clinical staff) to gather information and ensure brand consistency across all materials. Work with external partners like designers, videographers, and printing houses to produce high-quality marketing materials. Stay informed about current market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to inform our ongoing marketing efforts.
Job RequirementsAt least 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Facebook. Excellent command of the Burmese language (written and verbal). Good proficiency in English is required. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. A creative mindset with an analytical approach to problem-solving. A proactive and positive team player.
