Job Purpose:Develop banking products in compliance with Shariaa and drive the growth of the Islamic segment, ensure a best-in-class customer experience across all touch points, and optimize portfolio performance.Job Responsibilities: Develop products and end-to-end processes that abide with Shariaa.Research and understand the Islamic segments’ needs and preferences based on customers and market insights.Identify innovative opportunities that will improve customer experience and drive portfolio growth.Direct the sales and distribution channels to achieve the budgeted business growth.Run customer-oriented promotions to drive acquisitions / spend / utilization in line with business objectives.Manage the front liners scorecard in accordance with bank’s strategyLead the review and analysis of the existing customer portfolio to identify utilization and cross sell opportunities.Drive initiatives and campaigns to uplift products’ penetration rate.Required Qualifications and Experience:Minimum of 5 Years of relevant banking experienceStrong inter-personal, marketing and leadership capabilitiesStrong initiative and follow-through skillsDeep understanding of Islamic Banking principles and previous experience in ShariaBachelor's degree with preferred post graduate degree in relevant field
