Key Responsibilities • Deliver an elegant and personalized welcome, ensuring guests immediately feel at home in their villa. • Anticipate guest needs with grace and discretion, offering thoughtful touches before they are requested.

• Orchestrate and oversee villa services, coordinating with culinary, housekeeping, and recreation teams to create flawless experiences. • Provide refined in-villa dining and beverage service, including bespoke private dinners, picnics, and celebrations. • Handle guest belongings with the utmost care, offering professional packing and unpacking services. • Curate daily itineraries, seamlessly arranging activities, excursions, spa treatments, and private events. • Maintain impeccable villa presentation, ensuring amenities and details always reflect luxury standards. • Serve as a discreet point of contact for all guest requests, managing communications promptly and elegantly. • Uphold absolute confidentiality, safeguarding guest privacy at all times.

Candidate Profile • Previous butler, yachting, or ultra-luxury hospitality experience is essential. • Mastery of refined service etiquette and protocols. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English required, additional languages an advantage. • A polished, professional appearance and naturally gracious demeanor. • Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to anticipate unspoken needs. • Adaptable and resourceful, thriving in the unique environment of a private island.
